Healthy Chocolate Truffles




Ingredients:

      Plain Greek Yogurt
      Chopped up nuts (I used almonds, walnuts and cashews)
      Protein Powder or Cocoa Powder
      Peanut Butter (optional)
      Cinnamon



Directions:
1.    Mix all ingredients except cinnamon
2.    Freeze for at least 30 minutes
3.    Use an ice-cream scooper to form yogurt into balls
4.     Roll balls into cinnamon or chopped up nuts
