Ingredients:
• Plain Greek Yogurt
• Chopped up nuts (I used almonds, walnuts and cashews)
• Protein Powder or Cocoa Powder
• Peanut Butter (optional)
• Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix all
ingredients except cinnamon
2. Freeze
for at least 30 minutes
3. Use an
ice-cream scooper to form yogurt into balls
4.
Roll balls into cinnamon or chopped up nuts
