Ingredients:
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 protein scoop
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Qia mix from costco (chia seeds, hemp hearts, dried cranberries, almonds)
- Chopped up nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
- Chocolate chips
