Protein Pudding - Greek Yogurt

Compared to regular yogurt, Greek Yogurt is high in protein and low in carbs

Ingredients:
  • Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 protein scoop
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Qia mix from costco (chia seeds, hemp hearts, dried cranberries, almonds)
  • Chopped up nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • Chocolate chips
