Chicken and Veggies


Ingredients:
  • chicken breast
  • chopped up parsley
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • salt and pepper (optional)
  • steamed vegetables



Directions:
  1. Preheat oven 350C
  2. Marinate the chicken breast in the parsley and garlic (and salt and pepper)
  3. Cook in oven for about 30-45 minutes
  4. Plate with some vegetables and enjoy
  5. I usually don't like eating vegetables without sauce, but the chicken had so much flavour that the vegetables made a good balance.
