Ingredients:
- chicken breast
- chopped up parsley
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- salt and pepper (optional)
- steamed vegetables
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350C
- Marinate the chicken breast in the parsley and garlic (and salt and pepper)
- Cook in oven for about 30-45 minutes
- Plate with some vegetables and enjoy
- I usually don't like eating vegetables without sauce, but the chicken had so much flavour that the vegetables made a good balance.
