I'd like to thank my friend Rae for the #1RMNomination. I deadlifted 185 pounds and did 4 crappy chin ups. Yes, the video is all chopped up and edited, but that's because one of the guys didn't focus the camera so I did my one rep max 3 days in a row lol. It's still visible that I deadlifted and did chin ups right after though :)
