Peanut butter balls WITHOUT honey or added sugar

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chick peas ( drained and washed)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds 
  • 1 cup diced apricots
Directions:
  1. In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until they are blended
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix until they are combined
  3. Add the oats and almonds and mix until they are combined
  4. Fold in the apricots
  5. Roll batter into balls and serve
