Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1 green pepper
- cottage cheese
- chia seeds (optional)
- hemp hearts (optional)
- dried cranberries (optional)
- slivered almonds (optional)
Directions:
- Heat and oil a sauce pan
- Core then slice the green pepper horizontally
- Place one slice of green pepper on the pan and crack the egg inside the green pepper
- Flip the egg and green pepper and cook
- Add cottage cheese on top
