Healthy Breakfast



Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 green pepper
  • cottage cheese
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • hemp hearts (optional)
  • dried cranberries (optional)
  • slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat and oil a sauce pan
  2. Core then slice the green pepper horizontally
  3. Place one slice of green pepper on the pan and crack the egg inside the green pepper
  4. Flip the egg and green pepper and cook 
  5. Add cottage cheese on top
